About Porto Dry White

An unusual style, this Dry White Niepoort. The grapes for this wine undergo a long maceration with the skins and stalks. The final lot includes several wines aged in small old oak barrels in the cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia, a minimum of 3 and a half years prior to bottling. Nourishing, nutty and almond-flavoured, with a fresh, concentrated finish. The Niepoort Dry White is great served fresh as an appetizer or with tonic water, ice and a slice or lemon peel.
